← How you can help

One small contribution

Bring someone along.
Show up. Lend a hand.

A useful step can fit into an ordinary day. Choose what works for you, then tell us what you completed.

01 / Invite someone

A message ready to share.

Use this as a starting point. Change it to sound like you and share only where it is welcome.

Sharing is your choice. These buttons do not post automatically or record an activity.

02 / Ask in person or online

Find your next town hall.

Start with your own member’s official website. Look for “Events,” “Town halls,” or “Constituent services.” If no event is listed, ask the district office about the next public meeting or telephone town hall.

Confirm the date, time zone, registration and accessibility arrangements with the office. We do not list unverified events.

D.C. and territories: use the House lookup for your delegate or resident commissioner; these jurisdictions do not have U.S. senators.

Take one clear question with you

Choose a goal and ask: “What specific action will you take on this issue, and where can I find your position and next steps in writing?”

03 / A little help goes a long way

Have about 10 minutes?

Try one of these small tasks. No ongoing commitment or assignment is needed.

01

Try the calling guide on your phone.

Check whether you can read a script, copy it and find the office lookup. Do not make a call just to test the button.

Open the calling guide →
02

Check a few resource links.

Open two or three official sources on a goal page. Note any broken link or unexpected destination.

03

Find one confusing sentence.

Read a page as a newcomer. If something is unclear, suggest a simpler version in private feedback.

Finished a useful task? You can keep a private activity record if you want to. Use our contact form for a broken link or accessibility problem; leave out private account or benefits information.

Tell us what you did.

Called an office, attended a town hall or brought someone into the effort? Tell us in the comments on the video you watched. Share the action and any official response, without personal benefit details.
