Your guide request and privacy

24Help.org is brought to you by Dr. Ed Weir and MyGovExpert LLC. We are independent, not a government agency.

When you request a guide, we save your name, email, the guide requested, the date and your permission. We also keep a record of what we sent and delivery reports so we can avoid repeating resources and address delivery problems.

The request form asks permission to send the guide and helpful information, resources, updates and occasional newsletters. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. Unsubscribing stops future emails.

After your first saved guide request, all current free guides open on this browser. We store a small access marker in browser storage and a cookie for up to 180 days. The marker contains no name or email address and does not sign you in. It works across 24help.org guide pages on the same browser. Clearing browser data, using private browsing or changing devices may require the form again. You can clear remembered access on the guide-library page; this does not unsubscribe you from emails.

On public guide pages, Google Analytics helps us count page visits, guide selections, form starts, saved requests and PDF clicks. We use fixed guide labels, not the name or email you enter, your search words, questions, request identifiers or private feedback links. Analytics uses cookies and technical information about your browser and device. We do not enable advertising signals for these guide events. Guide-page measurement is skipped when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and on links containing query strings or unrecognized fragments. Blocking analytics does not prevent guide access.

If you send feedback or a question, it becomes part of your private relationship history for Dr. Ed's review. Do not include identity numbers, medical records, full government notices or completed medical journals.

Supabase stores the relationship information and Brevo delivers emails. AI helps organize questions and retrieve information for Dr. Ed; it does not decide government benefit eligibility.

To ask about your information, correct it or request removal, email ed@24help.org. We retain the minimal stop information needed to avoid contacting someone who unsubscribed.
