User Content (Video Uploads)
When you upload a video through our "Ask Dr. Ed Video" feature, you grant 24Help.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the video content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium.
- Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Services.
